Back in October 2001, Research
into the effectiveness of Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations
1981 was commissioned by the HSE. The report, produced by Casella
Winton, was published on the 30 January 2003.
The HSE is considering the recommendations made in the research
report and is aiming to issue a Discussion Document in Autumn 2003
