Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Administrators, Registered Users, Subscribers Joined: 23/05/2011(UTC) Posts: 21,770 Points: 65,322 Location: United Kingdom Thanks: 1 times		Keven being ex military, they are usually qualified at NVQ level D32,D33(training and dvelopment)and D34 (Assessment and validation) Although my initial qual was a C&G 7407 this was almost brushed under the carpet with the intro of NVQ's, but now it appears that C&G are making a comeback. My understanding was C&G was a course which if passed you gained a qual, whereas an NVQ was awarded after showing months of paperwork and assessments in carrying out your training, and being assessed by an NVQ assessor at intervals for confirmation.
