I have had long and informative chats with Ian regarding my approval status and feel he gave me an good understanding of the HSE. It would be good for this kind of info to be shared/questioned in the first aid cafe.

Hurray
Great to have Ian on board... I agree Debs he is a good chap and very helpful - in fact I'm sure he'd been even more helpful if his hands were not always tied!!
It will be nice to give him the odd grilling over certain issues .
Good Luck Ian

It is good to see that Ian is taking an interest in this forum, he must already be a very busy man. I know that in the past, and probably in the future, I have criticised the VAS and their powerful role. Lets try and avoid this happening in this section and move forward with constructive feedback and new ideas. I am sure that if it turns into a forum simply for independents to have a pop at VAS and vice versa, Ian will not give it a lot of time. Keep a close eye on it please admin. - Ian Parry

I believe that anyone who can assist trainers/those with their own businesses can only be an asset to us all, I look very forward to gaining valuable insight to allow me to become a better trainer. Please, Please get him to join.

I understand, though that the mincing re VAS as opposed to commercial is not beneficial to the good work performed by the site.....
