If you worked at a childrens nursery school and a child had hit his head on a rock outside and had a large gash on his forehead,would you call for a ambulance or immediately take him to doctors/hospital?
He wasn't knocked unconsious and didnt cry just went quiet and looked concussed.

Personaly, if I had a child that presented with the same injurys I would call for an ambulance!
 

Head injury plus looking concussed and nice and quiet could be down the road for shock!

Always play it safe where kids are nvolved!
