Without wishing to leave myself open to a libel case, I suggest you do a search on here about them....

You can PM me about my personal dealings with them if you so wish.

'nuff said!!

Please allow me to allay your fears. If it happened and you can prove it, you can write about it all you like. It is the defence to Libel known as fair comment. In order to bring a case for libel, the other party must be able to show that both they and you can afford to lose a privately funded jury trial running well into 6 figures. That of course will never happen. If these people are rip off merchants say so. You have the defence of fair comment. Nothing will happen to you despite strongly worded emails from them. If they owe you money, go to the website moneyclaimonline. You can also report them to trading standards and to companies house for trading insolvent.

Hi all... I am accedited via Abertay, and although a bit slow to reply and difficult to get hold of sometimes they do eventually deliver.

However, I haven't run a course for over a year so now I'm worried that things have gone wrong?? Let me know please...

Cheers

abertay nationwide training Ltd (registered to BT82) is still live at companies house

when you say you havent delviered is that because you havent had any courses that needed certification or they havent contacted you to offer work?

suggest checking this site for past threads!

They haven't contacted me with work, but that was never the deal for me. All my courses are run 'in-house' for my employer, I just haven't run one for a while.

Must be one of the poorest training providers out there, certification is not one of their strong points.
