Hi, Could anyone let me know what would be a reasonable hourly rate to charge customers please.   I am looking at cost per course, but am specifically interested to know what to expect to earn per hour.

Any help or advice welcome.

Thank you.

Welcome to the forum minnymins.

There is no easy answer to your question. You could charge reasonable amount but maybe not get the work or go cheap and not make enough to live off both models seem to sort of  work for a while.

As for an hourly rate again that depends on what you wish to  include in it. Do you look at an hourly rate to include your travelling time? or just the time on the course. Do you include travelling costs? what about time preparing for a course. the list goes on.

You also have to consider your tax & NI contributions
