I may be wrong but here goes anyway.



Manakin wipes need to contain alcohol as this is the substance that actually cleans and kills the germs between candidate contact.



Moist cleansing wipes are used for cleaning wounds when there is no access to running water and whilst it may make the doll smell a bit nicer does not actually disenfect them.



I use Laerdal manakin wipes that come in boxes of 50 (70% alcohol) www.qualsafe.com are normally reasonably priced.

Try Clinell wipes, they are alcohol free (here's the manufacturers link...)
