I thought that this was not to be taught anymore, but recently I have seen a training book with this in & I know that the trainer taught to do indirect pressure if 2 bandages failed plus 2 more. Is this correct?

Sheila There is now no reference to indirect pressure in the most recent edition (8th edition revised I think)of the Tripartite First Aid manual (Dorling Kindersley). It is no longer taught by Red Cross - see the reference section of this web site. (update 2002).
