Good question. I only use the forum I have to admit. I find the jobs (AoFA) difficult to navigate through so packed in advertising on that some time ago. I think the jobs section on the forum was far better though understand from a business perspective why it was moved.
The forum I think is the most interesting section of the site so I suppose you could say the rest of the site is a victim of the forums success.
