Hi all,

I have been asked to set up a system where the company I work for can look at the first aid training that I deliver and produce figures on a month to month basis.

They are doing the usual how manu courses, candidates and overall course rating but does anyone do anything different to so how effective there training is and do you have agreed service levels.
