am looking at expanding our business into event first aid

please don't shoot me down in flames as seems to be the style!



I've done research, I have client contacts, I have started and run 6+ other businesses some in related and others in unrelated sectors so am familiar with business needs, CQC etc etc



I could start from scratch but first will explore options



either established event FA providers looking for a business partner/equity for skills exchnage or someone with an established buisness seeking to exit.

Ideally, poorly peforming businesses are preferred and would look more at those with relevant vehicles etc for the work we are planning

the easiest way to make a small fortune from event cover is to begin with a large fortune ...

in the unregulated end of the market there are still the same crowd of walters, misfits and rejects there have always been, along with 'vanity' providers plus the ever present VAS presence .

in the regulated sector you will struggle to compete effectively against the VASes unless your workforce consists solely of moonlighters from the NHS and VAS thus negating your training costs.

to the sensible question from ATeam- I am in west london so ideally a business that is reachable - don't want to be travelling to Liverpool or cornwall!!
